Pride Worcester is committed to recruiting dedicated, reliable volunteers to assist in the production and execution of our annual Pride events. Though volunteers do not need to identify as LGBTQIA+, it is imperative that all volunteers be LGBTQIA+ affirming and supportive of the ongoing struggle for full equality. 

Through training and support, Pride Worcester aims to empower volunteers and encourage their ongoing participation in the organization’s annual planning. We couldn’t do this work without them!
