Pride Worcester is committed to recruiting dedicated, reliable volunteers and event organizers to assist in the production and execution of our annual Pride events. Though event coordinators and corporations do not need to identify as LGBTQIA+, it is imperative that all volunteers and organizers be LGBTQIA+ affirming and supportive of the ongoing struggle for full equality.

*Through promotion via a shared community calendar, Pride Worcester aims to empower event organizers throughout Worcester County by encouraging their ongoing participation in the organization’s annual planning. We are a team.
